If anyone can answer this question without BS I'd be much appreciative and have no reason to use this forum any longer.

Other than the explanation that the bashers that continually scream dilution are short sellers and participating in stock manipulation, or hired by one - what reason do they have to be here driving the O/S and dilution debates?

By process of elimination, they are either here for the reason mentioned above or another one. If it is not another one, then it is the one above.

Can anyone give me a plausible explanation of why they are here? Furthermore, if you cannot, then why on earth would anyone pay them attention? This alone voids them of credibility.
