eeso does not have deed to the property - they do not own the property - there is no mortgage payable recorded, there is a contract - no mortage payable between eeso and flat rock. i will pull the contract tomorrow to decipher exactly what it is (land contract or who knows what). all of the posters on this board are smart, imo. no one should try and pull a snow job on them.
