We STILL have yet to see who Simco is.... and the terms of the financing. I think it will be VERY interesting to see who is behind it. Remeber those kazillion "consultant" shares... and just wait to see who profits from arranging such financing. And... ALL we have on Colorado is a letter of intent. With that and $2.50 you can get a cup of coffee...
I think Chad is capable of just about anything.
