Rylawi - Nothing like getting paid for your raw materials that you need for your production process and then getting paid for the products you produce. They certainly have a bunch of tires to work with and an existing facility to process them. Obviously Magnum will need to add additional machinery at the Colorado plant to create buffings and crumb rubber in the sizes they need for the basically an unlimited number of rubber components using the Magnum/SRI compounds. Also keep in mind how central Colorado is in the US for transporting products and that Colorado Tire Recycling is generating revenue in producing the products they discuss on their website.
