Years later there is not a single device using a Cyclone engine or a WHE. There are a 100 million shares sold and one Billion shares authorized. Not one real engine manufacture has bought a license agreement and the company has spent millions of dollars trying to make a working model of anything, lawn mower etc. If you look at the design you will find that it has to many parts and to many areas of possible failure. The Steam engine and Internal combustion engine choice was made a hundred years ago and now is not the time to start all over with the steam engine.
