Some time ago I worked for a fortune 500 company and whenever we were entering any type product relationship - word got out quickly to Several thousand reps at my company and many of us bought the Stock of the new guy on the block as any relationship with us and their new technolgy would bring lots of business to that company and we also got the word out to all our friends & relatives minimally 100k potential investors would know quickly and believe me the stock moved from all the excitement ---- We were not high level people who signed NDA etc. The reps at fed-ex, shipping people at quest Emory abc etc are not signing an NDA.
