I have heard an somewhat plausible explanation from Steve Sulja about the press releases...have you? It appears from the rather benign allegation made against Steve Sulja by the OSC seems to indicate that they too may have accepted his explanation as truth. That aside, I long ago took Steve to task (in no uncertain terms) regarding WHATEVER part he may have played in the pump and dump scheme, then chose to forgive him in exchange for the opportunity to gain more information as to what occurred and how.

I am not "defending" any action he took which may have been unlawful and/or fraudulent. Whatever he may have done that was wrong was simply that...wrong. He will have to answer to a higher power than me in that regard.

His rope a dope excuse is crapola. If you look at the history of SLJB PR's, his name was on the majority of the misleading, nay FRAUDULENT releases. And STILL you defend him. Personally, I hope the guy is hung out to dry, through the legal system and then run through the financial wringer.
