I kinna do know, because
ive read all the available info.

and it looks pretty good actually,

Due to the economic conditions in Serbia,

The best option available to the country is PPP

"public private partnerships"

the Gov. is in no shape to develope their own

wind energy sector, and so great efforts are being made

to have public companys facilitate it.

The world bank will not support them forever but they are

pouring money into stabilisation
