i believe big money is accumulating down here and not chasing the stock an someone who has shares is liquidating. or seller is trying to force stock down to get cheap shares. either way dollar cost average is the way to go one can never pick tops or bottoms but in my opinion i belive in this company and products and contracts and share price should follow revenue is in the growth phase.
