I dont think there many flippers in this one at the moment.
Its a nice volume but not a heavy one. It lost interest some time ago.
IMO they will be back here, maybe today if those OTCBB newsletters mention this move.
It seems to be the most consistent upmove on the BB market.
So everybody hit the ask now that you can, make it tick up, and U will be able to sell at bid with a juicy profit very very soon!
