If the SEC lets someone as incompetent as JF run a public company it should be a breeze for me. I already have one successful consulting company. I have another business venture that I feel will be really profitable. What are the requirements? I assume i'd need to hire a lawyer and a CPA what else is involved? I havent been able to find much online as info for this. Maybe someone here could point me in the right direction.
