Memo? here's a MEMO, ENCS is on a road to nowhere fast!

too many have lost too much here (myself included).

But Uncle Sam will be sharing the losses by next tax season.

And every season there after until they start cracking down on these companies who misleads their investors.

I doubt investor's aggravation lies with companies that fail in as much as it does with failing companies who fail to notify their investors, while keeping their trading-doors open to receive more "soon to be" Bag-Holders.

Meanwhile, they either give evasive PR’s, or none at all.

ENCS failed to follow-through on their own PR's and apparently don’t think their investors were important enough to give an explanation as to why they didn't.

This may also be why there were no "Astronomical" reactions to Friday’s PR, even though it was released BEFORE the market opened.

The HIGH VOLUME that got you all excited, was only from a handful of buyers who bought big chunks.

Many traders look at VOLUME and gauge the stock accordingly, but fail to observe the "Number of Trades" which translates to the number of actual TRADERS that are physically trading the stock..

And as for last Friday, ENCS only had a few, comparatively.

Although ENCS is in a genre of business that's on the edge of making turning point in history, GETTING THEMSELVES OFF (*Wink-wink!) and running, seems to be their problem.

Maintaining TRUTHS requires 'little to no effort' than Maintaining LIES.
