I have a little more information.Sent another email to PGYC attorney.She states Mr. Bisante is out of the country on business.She states they are still working on the filings with pink sheet.Its a work in progress.

I talked with this attorney over the phone and by emails.No way would she be apart of a scam.As soon as the CEO gets back she will obtain authorization to correspond with Mr. Desantis regarding issues.
