Gene is healthy as a horse. Through all the DD I HAVE PERSONALLY DONE, the stock is worth the chance and the market manipulation is obvious to see. All stocks traded in the Pink Sheets are a chance. If you are not willing to take the chance go invest in mutual funds. Don't listen to anyone but yourself. If you don't like it then don't invest.
