Thus; their 'incentive' is to Convert+Dump , ASAP. And, at
ANY PRICE , because their Death-Spiral Toxies are always
UNdilutable ; which means that they collect the Exact Same
Amount of Cash , whether the common price crashes or bounces.
[The only 'difference' is to the remaining Outsider longs ;
because if the common price crashes , as the lenders convert
and dump-at-any-price ; the lender will just get more free
shares to keep dumping , until he gets his Principal 100%
re-paid , plus his 50% Profit 100% paid-off.]
All pinky + penny shorters know + love how these Cornell-Type
schemes work. And, they're Totally Legal. And, they ~Always

enough to be profitable before BK. Here's the Facts, assuming
that wnbd really has been selling soap for more than 1 year ,
all over Canada. If so, Canada is already saturated ; But ,
wnbd STILL HAS LESS THAN $1 MILLION IN REVENUES.
Which means that , even if wnbd saturated the U.S. , wnbd
would still have less than $10 million in revenues. And, that
would take many more years , of even more massive dilution ,
to make up for the exponentially growing cash-burning , which
will be required , to pay for those pre-assembled winbadKarts.
The common wnbd 'share'holders will have to pay for at least
10,000-50,000 More of them , at over $100 Each [=~ $5 Million]
PLUS SHIPPING + HANDLING. Which is HUGE, for pre-assembled ,
and Not-Collapsible , and Not-nestable , shopping karts. We
really can't believe that the wnbd CEO [and the outsider
common longs] actually still think that the Non-Collapsible
winbadKart is a 'good idea' ; except for the shipping company
that talked them into it. [We wonder who will be chosen by

common stock is publicly traded , and if they will be paid in

Business 'Plan' ; wnbd just keeps planning to keep losing
more cash , faster every year , until wnbd's revenues get up
to ~$27,500,000 ; which is 'the middle of Phase #4' ; while
wnbd is still stuck somewhere secretly in the middle of
Phase #1 , for 3+ years , so far , and still counting. And,
even IF wnbd saturates the U.S. ; wnbd's revenues WILL STILL
BE ONLY $5-10 MILLION. And, even that will take decades ,
based on the lowest snails-pace race to get the first tested
and not-leaking wnbd soap bottle , on the first re-'designed'
and only-bulkily-shippable kart-shelf , across a river from
