Hi Archie,

I am not sure, if I understand this correctly:

1. STIV has 300.000 shares of CBWP
2. CBWP shares are worth $ 7/share following the IPO
3. 300.000 X $ 7 gives a value of $ 2,1m for STIV
4. $ 2,1m/69m shares outstanding gives $ 0,03 for every share of STIV
5. Recent prices around $ .05 seem reasonable for STIV.

Where is my mistake?
