With Scottrade, you can sell one stock and use those "unsettled" proceeds to buy another stock as long as you don't sell the new stock before the previous sell is "settled" (couple of days). Is that just another way of saying the same thing?

Ameritrade sounds better for trading OTC. I'll have to look into switching. Thanks again.
