Nearing endgame? Here's a theory: Folks at Corr&Co maneuvered for years, using "other people's money," to get what they probably always wanted, a bev distributor serving Chicagoland. Now they got it. The question people at Corr&Co may be asking now is: How do we to pare off subsidiary Garden Bevs from parent APRU? APRU has got huge debts and liabilities and $1.9 Mil in death-spiral convertible debentures? Folks at Corr&Co have experience solving this type of problem. They pared off subsidiary APRU from parent RSHN (which they gutted and is now in default). If they can do it with RSHN, they can do it with APRU. So the theory goes.

These are my opinions and sentiments only. Take them for what they're worth. Do your DD. Buying stocks is risky!
