the great thing about shells is that even if one arm of a business venture gets sued, or has debts it cannot pay, the other shells or inc. survive.

There is noplace where it says that perihelions gold mine was sold in that news report.

In fact NYMH now still has http://www.perihelion.com listed as the website for www.pinksheets.com and I pointed out other companies and links that changed on that same April 16th day.

People made fun of John H Beebee and his ventures, but not all of them were bad.

The negative posters on this board have said that they felt this new company NYMH was the same as the old ones. They cant have it both ways fly.

Notice the icon used for the company is surprisingly the same as the old perihelion!

remember NYMH still lists the perihelion.com website on pinksheets.com Not only that, but PRGL didnt fully dissappear, as shareholders we didnt lose our shares which means that PRGL still had assets and was then folded into NYMH!

Remember NYMH took over any other asset Perihelion had before. I see big players and strange connections brewing about. Electronic banking, virtual art galleries, electronic payments, trading of metals and ore, gold mine claims and money spent building infrastructure, lost leads made to dupe investors looking at a bio plant tent site when maybe the shells this company has is worth more?
