I do not know this system you have in United States so my question may seem kind of strange, but I have to ask to understand the system right.
As far as I understand F3 is offering a service for communities (church, clubs, mid-size companies, condos, etc). Please correct me if I am wrong..
Now my question: let's say a community with 200 houses wants to use this service. but only 150 want to subscribe to use F3 service (I assume this 150 have to pay a fee for it..?!). Then how does the service work??
F3 is providing for example a propose for a garden-service for the houses. Will this garden service F3 is proposing be discussed within the 150 participants or within the 200 owners?.. do the 50 who are not signed up with F3 participate in any form in the projects F3 is offering or are there out.. That is what I still don't understand.. Are the 50 quasi obligated to subscribe with F3 to enjoy modernisations or other issues in there community?
and another question I asked earlier:
How does F3 earn money with the Fargo Tube?? do you have to pay to download videos??
Thanks a lot for helping me to understand the system better and a nice weekend to all
