rawnoc, your discounting of the franchisee story in the flip way you have makes me seriously wonder about your investor status.

as an investor i like to seek out all the warts, a bit surprised that you, a seasoned investor is not a bit more curious to a very plausible account with names and more.

the sec has a way of sorting this stuff out and they do.

i have seen a bit of it in my tenure on the message boards.

names? i will give you a looong list that have gotten their due after reporting. it is pretty costly but most get away with little or no time.
