it wouldn't necessarily have to be a big vast conspiracy. there is no doubt wow green exists. allie and wow green are customers. allie wouldn't be a co-conspirator. there is no doubt esso has operations in fort wayne. it has employees, they are not co-conspirator. the conspirators would be the ones that help jared put out the lies. newbauer would definately be charged. if this were a scam, you would only be looking at a handful of people. wouldn't be very complicated. but for now, not much anyone can say until this plays out.
