Did NYMH spend $200,000 to $300,000 to reverse merge with PRGL?

Whatever this stock does it does. I'm surprised it didnt just end but was instead picked up by a metal recovery company. What assets are still held in this co? After all the perihelion gold mine which went nowhere, the road that was built, the equipment that supposedly was sold off regarding the bio plant. Gold is going up, is something uneconomic actually economic at higher prices?

LOL then the infamous Bebee standing in what others have said is the wrong area for the mine;

Dont get me wrong I'm not trying to pump a dog play thats lost me money. However is there any money left over or assets like a gold mine? NYMH in that one article said 6 mill a year that someone from this board posted.

While the acquisition remains pending the execution of definitive agreements, it is expected to add more than $6,000,000.00 in revenue in 2009. So does NYMET generate an actual profit, or is it a shell game without a pea?

You look at the shareprice of PHGI or PRGL or now NYMH over the last 2 to 5 years and how its market cap went from a massive number down to nothing. Why would they continue to reverse split and bother setting up this company under the old Perihelion umbrella?

Looking at the chart even back just as far as 2007 shows $2800 a share in equivalent value today which can be had for ever cheaper amounts.

Where could the money have all gone? Spent in CEO cars and houses? Spent all on a tent and some old bio plant? Nymet reminds me of the NY Metropolitan museum LOL, if its not gold your investing in maybe its art? Smile. Can be just as shady a way to hide wealth. Is it a fake or is it real? LOL

The funny thing with holding companies, there is no way to know for sure what assets they are holding, unless you own the company itself. Its likely a lot of skeletons and as others on this board continually preach a scam...

Just interesting if anything to see the money, time and effort placed on this bullboard and changing stock. What it morphs into is either a tax deduction or worst case a profit.

Just when you get tired of it all, you sell at a loss only to have it gap it afterwards.
Good luck selling and making your bones to put another skeleton in the closet. Pinky rides they be.
