Google Finance says there are only 28,861 shares available!

Pinksheets when it was PRGL or PHGI used to say there are more but the dates are old on there and with the multiple reverse splits and changeover to NYMH it no longer says anything on pinksheets

Anyone know how many shares are out there of this stock?
