I would be willing to bet that the subscription is assuming the rights offering price when and if the PPS gets there. He was confident enough to sign a document that states "if the price per share meets or exceeds .07 I promise to purchase 15 million shares. That is the only thing that makes sense. So the Geominex CEO pledges his buy in on the rights offering and Malcolm pledges he will buy all the shares that he has a right to in the rights offering plus any shares that are not bought by those who choose not to excercise the rights offering. Neither one of these actions has raised a dime.
