EESO is not a billion dollar company....$1.00 a share buyout aint gonna happen with this current share structure....IMO based upon info jared put out regarding a so called buyout at .1o cents....look to see MAYBE a few cents more....nothing else...

The proposed buyout at .10 cents would have been huge for most all shareholders...it was a HUGE premium over the current share price...lots of peeps including Jared would have been well off..so why hold out for mere pennies more...if its real, get it done....
confidence as of late is being lost.

and of course...this all is to be considered my personal opinions.
