I think someone is jumping the gun here.
There can be multiple reasons why HGLC has not filed with the IRS about the 65m. If that money was used to purchase other property. Well guess what If they spent enough of that money there would be less tax to have to pay. Another thing Mining companies bring revenue to states. You should know that if you are from Alaska. Who is to say that they are not sitting under a tax shelter. And don't have to pay taxes on that 65M for lets say 5-10 years.
