Warmy, ASFX cannot simply increase A/S again;

To pay back about $1,000,000 in debt for Promissory Notes with discounted stock, ASFX @ .0004 with no discount is 2.5 Billion shares not accounting for any further deterioration of share price.

ASFX does not have enough stock available to issue.

Increasing A/S to even 5 Billion shares would be only a temporary fix. Show anyone that has no knowledge of anything involved with ASFX this document and ask them if they would invest in this company;
