Dr. Wittenberg leaving the company apparently allows him to sell shares or exercise warrants...
Assuming the stock is ready to increase in some increment, He would be able to sell shares and have green cash in his hands to reinvest on the private placement side correct?

Assuming he could not do this as an acting member of BOCX, Maybe he left the company in order to perform such a task???
