I talked with Tom Makmann today he called me in response to my questions, he indicated that i was 1 of 2 peoples that had asked questions. he called from 603-425-8933 to my Cell Phone.

I asked if there was news in the works, he indicated that he met with his IR person today, and hopes to "Get something out Soon"

He indicated that there has not been any Selling of the stock in the Last Three days, witch appears to be a good thing.

In my opinion indicates at least he is paying attention to the Stock, and if no R/S is in the Works, then apparently there is only one way this stock can move.

I wouldn't be supprised if this became a "Shell" for a few weeks or longer until they figure out how to get more money in the Company from Investors via Contract Anouncments or other P.R.'s.
