Drift- if we get anywhere near .15 I think Jared has to take it.

If the deal is structured as a cash deal, Jared will push for notes. Avoiding Cap Gains would be the objective there.

I believe either way we walk with some $$$ in our pockets.

Soapy, am I correct in these all to brief look at it??
