Shredin- I agree with you. No one should ever post 2-3 dollars. That is giving hope where there is none. Truly unethical. I would ship those F'ers to the frozen island of broken toys.

Back to the business at hand. Getting .15 for a counter given the distribution lately will be a tough sell for Jared.

But,that also depends if the buyer intended on holding back and did not want to put too much money on the table upfront.

If, however this person(s) are truly vested in this company they may or may not respond .15 and up. It is going to be based on how Jared and the buyer structure the deal.

That information is what we need to make any assumptions on a buyout of the company.
