You posted the wrong average weighted share count, so I corrected that (based on the 10q, not PPS). Then I posted the current A/S from Delaware (based on contacting Delaware, not PPS). I also posted information today regarding the lack of telltale discrepancies between Cash Flow entries and itemized share issuance, suggesting that Spook's theory lacked substance (from 10q, not from PPS).

Can you give it a rest please? I'm not going to march in lockstep saying that everything is perfect and transparent. I am trying to figure out a very murky 10q and an overall murky situation. But I have not sold my shares.
