could you check from what you know the chart of NGLPF?

My friend called his shares "Mattress Stuffers. In his lingo that just means he does not really doubt the outcome but he believes it will take a long time. The trading on LBWR almost seems like someone dumps early to see if it rattles the holders and then either the same person or some one else puts the price back at the end of the day. But if Dex would just hit his dates, even if the progress was not that great it would go a long way to shoring up the trading stability.
