Treo, first off thanks for all you have been doing on this board and for IMGW investors.
Second, why would the wunderkins in charge of all this choose to perform the R/S then release the audit. Seems to me if they PR the audit release for a specific date, and actually release the audit they will likely create a substantial run. This would have the effect of creating a higher post R/S PPS, thus getting them to their target market, and potentially setting them up for board transition.
Doesn't seem to make sense to R/S at .0001 to get a PPS of .05, when you could potentially create a run with the audit. Even if the run only hits .0005 (which we have seen before), would yield a .25 PPS post R/S.
Thoughts?????
