Just got off with Tony....He stated that this first 10-K is like writing a book. Subsequent 10-Ks can be used as a template, but this first one is the most involved. He reiterated that "they", I did not ask "who" like a dummy, are putting finishing touches on it...I would assume its Demetrius...So apparently this is not as "easy" as I originally thought (S1A-type)...

Its obviously close but then there is FINRA afterwards.
