I can move ETMM and NITE using my Etrade and Zecco accounts.

Of course.. you need a lot of free cash to do this type of thing...

However.... all the trades dumping could be as simple as someone washing stock from their Broker account to a tax sheltered IRA..

Sell on the bid (AON) in the broker account and put in a (AON) in the IRA for the same ammount.... it's done often
