FWIW: My feeling is that Oily knows the deal and is trying to get a lower price before it becomes known by bad mouthing the deal. Would not surprise me if his group was behind the selling into each rise and may even keep trying. Just my opinion of course. One thing for sure...after waiting 8 years I am really happy to see this coming to an end.
