This latest Press Release is clearly a case of intentional deception. The company, "Waste Heat Resources, Inc." is nothing more than a newly created Web-site. It has no history of any business actions and it is not listed in any phone book and it does not even have an address.


The only name that appears on the Press Release or web-site is Carl Mueller COO, 323-9534-8444
Carl Mueller COO, and that phone number belong to a 65+ man living in Los Angeles CA. in a Residential Home. That information is easily verifiable because of the phone number. I have communicated with Carl Mueller in the past, and 90% of the people on this board should know who Carl Mueller is. Call him, if you don't know who he is, you are in for a surprise.

This Press Release has one purpose and one purpose only...to pimp its penny-stock shares to the unsuspecting investor. The Private Placement shares are probably selling for .11 and they are getting desperate.
