Fugundus,

I spoke to Tony yesterday and he indicated the 10k HAS to be filed before they uplist. He said the accountants have left the EI office after gathering all of the pertinent documents to assemble the 10k. How long will it take the accountant(s) to do that is the magic question.

At this point, Eternal Image is out of the scenario regarding their 10k and Uplist. They have done everything they need to do, and can only wait like you and I for the 10k to be manually completed and filed, thus allowing the uplist.

And the 49ers are going to the playoffs this year!!!!
