I believe you are correct, and I have heard of the 8K being referred to as a super 8K which usually has the final details of everything including the new company's financials, etc. I keep hounding BK every week that they need to do more on the PR and IR front, especially considering the ongoing merger. I think any decent PR or PRs here could spark new buying from a new group of folks, and that is really all we need at this point to get this going. Having such a low float will keep it going if we get any sustained buying, 250-500K here in buying would really get this moving past .03 area IMO. Either way, I'm patient and not going anywhere since eventually information will have to start coming out.
