there really is only two options here. Either it is a scam or the buyer has stipulated no substantial pr's and he is allowed to buy as many shares before a certain date. Why else wouldn't EESO release any type of PR's fluff or not to prop up the price. If I was the buyer and I was gonna pay a premium for this I would want a period where I could by as many shares as I could at a "discount". Jared said it before, the longs will be rewarded. I dont agree with this approach as the Longs are getting hurt in the meantime. This stock, scam or not, still has some legs for a run.
