I dont understand how they are supposed to be worth more than .10; and "rejected a buyout" and now the stock price is hanging on to 1 cent!

Someone explain how that happens? If the buyout is real, which everyone seems to believe it is because "he will go to jail"
if not real, then how the hell is this happening?
