RME "returned" 525mm shares to SPNG, now they are gone! SPNG paid nothing for those shares (see 10Q it only says that RME returned the shares not that SPNG paid anything for them) so SPNG bought "air" shares for nothing right? Now they will turn around and sell those shares back to RME watch...
