Exists some posibilities:

1>Company is diluting via FANC: but I think thats is very stupid, and Greg is not stupid to do that a this values, traders are move smart a we moving the bid lower and lower. I my opinion this not happen here.

2>Market sell order, some one put a market order for sell, and MMs remove all bids for fill these order a low possible value. The problem is big because stop orders was executed too making a, small panic.

Why FANC is selling?, maybe they have panic and prefer take a loss.

Now the buyers are scare, and loss the rally for now.

Solution, patience. If you look the volume, sell are too low volume, and NITE and ETMM are asking in good values.
