What ifs?

What if the reorg plan has been seen by a very few people?

What if, in that plan, they lay out how and when the liabilities will be paid out over time rather than being due immediately?

What if, as a condition of the reorg plan, there is a schedule laid out to reinstate dividends on the PQ's?
