I emailed Angel Reyes (attorney for OGNA/HFBV/HFBG) and Investsource, yesterday. I asked both of them: what is the current status of the multi-million dollar lawsuit that OGNA filed against Investsource.
Angel Reyes said the case was dismissed and that's all he said.
The person( I have his name) from Investsource said that OGNA/HFBV wanted to do a mutual release for their suit but Investsource wouldn't agree to this. The suit was filed as a non-suit by OGNA and Investsource can bring the matter back to court once all the information is gathered if they choose too.
We didn't a PR saying this!
ONLY A PR SAYING OGNA WAS SUEING THE SH*T OUT OF INVESTSOURCE!
