Here are a couple of 'nuggets' from the last Annual Report:

*Our blocks have more attractive terms than both earlier contracts signed in Columbia, and some of the contracts being signed today that require both higher government participation and higher company work commitment levels as a result of increased activity and competition in the industry.

*Our success at the Corcel field validates our commitment to 3D seismic as well as the application of leading-edge exploration technologies and models.

This is why BPZ and GTE hit dry wells, because they don't care about having leading-edge technologies and models.
