Oh, well...you know it. That was a given. He probably got rich during that METP/ITRM boondoggle and took off on his ski boat.

This is a bad time for shells, but you never know. Kip might just drum up some fresh hope of a another merger with some mysterious multi-million dollar company and run his play again. We all know what to do if that ever happens.
