Regarding that phony form...

A quick look at the browser source shows this...

The form gets submitted to an email address. form@patriotenergycorporation.com

Not some database where you would think it should go so they can easily see and track the results and the sender info.

The fields on the form are all auto-generated fields with names such as: field-95a8ad2d6d8fb67, field-710d38a8e0d6840, ect.

So when someone submits the form, an email is sent to the inbox of whoever is receiving it... if anyone.

The email will look like this...

field-95a8ad2d6d8fb67: Joe Smith
field-710d38a8e0d6840: 123 Main St
field-50638a8e12a40ca: Small Town
field-56gb8e0d68ae84e: KS

or, I can sumit bogus info like this...

field-95a8ad2d6d8fb67: Yo Mamma
field-710d38a8e0d6840: asdfasdf
field-50638a8e12a40ca: qertryasd
field-56gb8e0d68ae84e: 14asdf22!!!Tw23

Tell me someone is going to sit there and compile information by sifting through thousands of emails for the real info vs bogus info. They would need to verify each address in each email manually. Someone could write an email parser to do that and query an address verification database. I would charge them $2000 to write that. ETA 1 week. It's not realistic by any fool's standard.

A computer savvy 12-yr-old can put together something like what they have in 10 minutes.

Someone can spam this form with 100,000 posts with random information with a script and fill their mailbox just a few minutes. And whoever put this form together knows that. There is no validation of any kind whatsoever, no robot or script defeating mechanism (a cryptic number or phrase only a human can read and then enter into a field to verify that it is a human submitting the form). They have zero intention of using that data for anything. It just goes to some email... if that email even exists. It's probably a catch-all email account that comes free with their web hosting package.

It's all bogus!

If you really think this is all legit, and it's not enough to tell you to steer clear. you deserve to be ripped off.
